A proper testing certificate with regard to the material i.e Barbed Wire has to be produced by the contractor before the execution of work. The contractor will have to pay the extraction charges directly to the beneficiary on DBT mode against bill prepared by concerned Range Officer on the basis of prevailing timber/ firewood extraction and wage rates which in no case will be more than Rs. 100/ wooden post. Final payment to the contractor shall be made only after ascertaining the receipt of payment to beneficiaries. |
