19	NOTE FOR ITEM NOS 2.00 TO 11.00 :- (a) Contractor will provide Guarantee for at least one year for replaced compressor unit. Compressor should be sealed with original manufacturers packing having reputed make all as approved by Engineer -In -Charge. (b) Gas charging will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as described. Gas charging will be measured and paid only once for entire contract period while initial charging of compressorand subsequent leakage / topping up shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost through out the contract period.

26	M & L for gas charging R-22 in window type AC 1.5 ton capacity of approved make and type including pressure testing, leakage, vaccumising, rectification, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.
27	All as per item No 19.00 but 2.0 ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.
28	All as per item No 19.00 but split type AC 1.5 / 2.0 / 3.0 ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.
29	Taking down window type / split type air conditioner of any type / make / capacity from site (either in ground / any floor), transporting to work site opening top and side cover, dismantling all electrical controls and components and cleaning the whole unit with electric blower and spray cleaning with water, descaling with acid in both side of cooling coil and components, refixing the covers and making electrical connections, installation of the machine in same location, testing, commissioning complete all as specified and as as directed.Note :- Spares required for repair will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of this schedule.
30	Shifting of Split type Air Conditioner of any type and make, up to 2 TR from existing location to other location and installingindoor and outdoor units as directed including provision of necessary brackets (L type) clamps, GI nuts, bolts and washers etc for fixing of indoor / outdoor units including topping up of refrigerant gas and Nitrogen pressure test to find out leakage, commissioning and testing and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified & directed.Note : (i) PVC pipe for protection , drain pipe , control cable, extra copper tubing of any sizefor suction / discharge will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Gas charging will be measured and paid only once for entire contract period while initial charging of compressorand subsequent leakage / topping up shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost.
31	Shifting of Window type Air Conditioner of any type and make, up to 2 TR from existing location to other location and installingas directed, commissioning and testing including making opening of required size in walls or existing windows of any type, provision of necessary brackets, clamps, GI nuts, bolts and washers etc for fixing of AC,and making good disturbed surface of walls and windows complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) PVC drain pipe , control cable where required will be measured and paid separately.
32	S & F in repairselectric wiring kit (PCB) suitable for 1.5 ton / 2.0 ton Window type / Split type air conditioner of any make and type complete all as specified and as directed. Note: New PCB shall be as per the existing one.
33	Supply in replacement Remote assembly cordless as per existing make and size window/split type AC"s as per AC make complete as specified.
34	Taking down corroded body base tray etc of Window / Split type ACof 1.5 Ton / 2 Ton capacity and replacement of body base tray etc made out of 18 SWG mild steel and other portion of mild steel sheet of 20 SWG including motor mounting frame fix with nuts and bolts of suitable size and painting with one coat of black enamel paint and necessary insulation complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for reassembling.
