3 | The system is eight layers and consists of 1st layer of Acrylic resurfacer mixed with an approved grade of silca sand, cement and water and applied with rubber squeege @ 0.015 litres per sqft. (minimum)/as per manufactures specifications. 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th layer of applying of each SBR granules mixed with approved grade of silica sand and water @ 0.025 litres per sqft. (minimum)/as per manufactures"s specification. 6th layer of applying acryclic filler layer mixed with approved grade silica sand and water @ 0.025 litres per sqft (minimum)/as per manufactures specifications, sanding of the entire area should be done to make the surface smooth for color coat application. 7th and 8th layer of UV resistant acrylic color, premixed with an approved grade of silica sand and water (to be added at the site) @0.022 litres per sqft. (minimum)/as per manufacturer"s specification. Application of UV protected white line marking as per international standards, the level should be same as that of adjoining synthetic court and this to be painted with 4 layers anti slip synthetic system with one layer of primer, one layer of resurfacer followed by two layers of color |

5 | The system should be 7 layers and consists of 1st layer of repairing of court with fibre mesh layering, 2nd & 3rd layer of applying acrylic resurfacer mixed with an approved grade of silica sand, cement and water and applied with rubber squeege@0.015 litres per sqft. each layer (minimum)/as per manufactures specifications. 4th & 5th layer cushion layering, 6th and 7th layer of UV resistant acrylic color, premixed with approved grade of silica sand and water (to be added at the site)@0.022 liters per sqft. each layer (minimum)/as per manufactures specification. Application of UV protected white line marking along with the different playing areas and zones in different colors as per FIBA standards. The level should be same as that of adjoining synthetic court and this to be painted with 4 layers anti slip synthetic system with one layer of primer, one layer of resurfacer followed by two layers of color. |

A long life surface toughness that resists wear, splintering, abrasion, chipping and stress. Red game line for wall boundary lines as per WSF rules with 5 year warranty for hard plaster against damage. |
12 | Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
