| 1 | Regular watch and ward atCircle/underpass/flyover and nearby area complete in all respect as per direction of engineer-in-charge. General scope of work are as under:1. Security (Watch & ward) of the circle including complete development works round the clock (24 Hours).2. Defacing by means of any type of posters, bills, hording etc. shall strictly prohibited ensure no defacing is done on structure ACP etc.and if found, should be removed immediately.3. The security is on part of agency therefore repairing required for any damages observed, shall be sole responsibility of the agency but, work of artistic marble stone works shall be paid extra when reason of damage is found beyond control of the agency.4. For any lapses, department shall free to get repairfor to make it functional and double the actual cost shall be recovered from the contractor and action as per contract condition shall also be initiated.5. To ensure that no encroachment of permannent and temporary nature is made on site of structure/monument.6. To facilitate in lodging FIR against persons defacing the monument/causing any type of damage to monument/making encroachment at site. |
