Providing/Fixing of Scrap Yard at Ghitorni STP by carrying out following worksProviding/Fabricating and fixing the Mild Steel structure for Scrap Storage of size 40 Feet x 30 feet with 12 feet height (14 feet height at the center) by making the shed with MS Square pipe of size 100 sq mm x 14 Nos. at suitable equal distance and grouting the pipes in ground up to 3 Feet depth with all the civil work as required. Center of the shed should be supported with 4 Nos of 50 sq mm pipe duly welded and top center side of the shed should be of Hut type cantilever of 30 ft supported on 50 sq mm pipe to bear the weight of the MS sheets. This work includes civil work as required, cutting, welding, grinding, finishing etc. as required with transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy / manual labor as per site requirement & direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing the G.I. Corrugated and powder coated Sheet (Metro) covering all the sides with 12 feet long and Top side Hut sheet 18 feet long with V shape joints at the center by top side Nut Fixing on M S Flat of size 40mm X 3mm with 2-inch drilling nuts at suitable distance as required. This work includes civil work as required, cutting, welding, grinding, finishing etc. as required with transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy / manual labor as per site requirement & direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing the M S Door of size 10 feet x 12 Feet made out of M S angle of size 50x50x5 mm and G I Metro sheet of 12 feet height with 6 Nos heavy duty hinges duly welded at site with door frame as per site requirement and direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fitting the lighting and illumination in scrap yard with 12 nos. 36 watt LED tube light (Make : DJB approved) inside the yard with the complete wiring with 1.5 sq mm copper wire at site and 4 nos 50 W LED Flood Lights (Make : DJB approved) with necessary fittings on outer side of yard with Complete wiring as per site requirement and direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Retro reflective sign board of size 4 feet X 3 feet made with MS sheet of 18 SWG supported on M S Pipe of 40 sq mm size duly welded with shedand pastingthe content with Reflector sheet of Blue and White colour as per site requirement and direction of engineer-in-charge.

Safety Arrangement as per NHRC guidelines at site of work for safe working of men & machinery. This includes transportation of safety material its loading unloading etc. complete for making safety arrangement & its dismantling after completion of work.

Painting the complete structure with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of enamel paint with help of one skilled and one unskilled labour as per requirement of site and direction of engineer in charge.
