Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lift leveling ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing and laying in position cement concret of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level:-(1:1.5:3(1cement :1.5coarse sand (zone-III):3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting ,proping etc and removal of form for foundation ,footing ,bases of columns ,etc for mass concrete

Filling in foundation trenches or in plinth in layer not exceeding 150mm thick,well watered rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained after cutting with lead of 50m and lift of 1.5mall completed as per direction of E/I(mode of measurement compacted volume).
