R. Z. Notification, 1991 or as directed by the Captain of Ports and as described in clause 2.15 in the Preamble of this tender on \"NO CURE NO PAY BASIS\". The contract includes provisions of all the labours,materials,plants,machineries,temporary and everything of temporary or permanent nature required for the execution and completion of the above said works and all applicable taxes.
