2Machine Dismantling and Reassembling1. Dismantling of existing centrifugal Machine with motors.2. Assembling and re-alignment of Machines with Motors.3.Necessary connection and supports are to be done before dismantling of the machine with motors.4. The Rate may be quoted in Nos Basis only for this work. (7 Machines)
3After Dismantling of Machine Frames,MS Channels , MSBeams and platforms to be checked by replacement 1. Cutting and removing of existing Centrifugal machines Frames,MS Channels , MSBeams and platforms weighed and sent to Scrap Yard.2. Newly fabricated and erectedthe centrifugal machines Frames and staging ,Beams and platform welded with necessary supports are to be given.3. Inner welding joints to be welded properly.4. Necessary connection and supports are to be done as per the Existing.5.One coat of Primer and two coat of aluminium painting shall be done for thestructures however paint shall be providedby the mills. 6. The Rate may be quoted in Tonnage Basis only for this work.
