The outdoor unit shall have multiple scroll compressors. Each unit shall be equipped, with an oil separator to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping.Variable refrigerant flow modular type air-conditioning system suitable for Cooling/Heating by inverter driven capacity control compressor Outdoor unit having minimum COP at 100% Load must be 3.2 & 50% Load it must be 4.5 at 35 deg. Outside ambient conditions.(ARI Condition). All the units shall be provided with built-in microprocessor control panel, for automatic operation and capacity control. All compressor shall have inverter technology i.e. outdoor units shall have all inverter based compressor. Each ODU weather used individually or used to make module should have multiple compresors. All Bidders has to submit the test certificates along with the delivery of VRF/VRV units at site agency to provide shop drawing of complete HVAC system along with calculations along with technical submittal and submit for approval before execution complete etc as required at site. |

The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature. |
