| 1 | Item rate- ITEM Rate:- Installation, supply, design drawing, erection & successful commissioning with all required chemicals of ETP cum STP of 5000 liter capacity per day for MPPGCL Hospital at ATPS, Chachai including all necessary arrangements of pumps, pipelines, tanks, foundations, flooring, tilling, drainage and all buildings / sheds providing necessary laboratory equipments & testing at site and providing treated water storage tank for utilization of treated water in hospital premises for gardening etc. and including operation & maintenance for 12 (Twelve) months with required chemicals, labour, tools and tackles and other charges as per CPCB/MPPCB norms etc. complete. (The rate quoted shall be on turnkey basis including all the charges etc. complete & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge). |
| 2 | Item rate:-Operation and maintenance of ETP cum STP for four year (one year free included in iem 1 + three years chargeable) after completion of the ETP cum STP, operation & maintenance for 1st year shall be free of charge by successful bidder including cost of necessary man and machineries / chemicals along with the guarantee of free replacement of plant & machinery, testing equipments etc. during the maintenance period of one year, MPPGCL shall not pay any amount for first year and for remaining three year quoted rate shall be paid to sucessful bidder (General shift 08 to 10 Hrs.) one operator.(One Job is equivalent to one year work) |
