23Restringing of existing ACSR conductor on LT over head line on the poles without taking down of ACSR from over head line by disconnecting and untying from insulator and retying with new binding wire, rejoining of service connection of street light, and all other jumper connection complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Three runs of phase conductor one run of neutral conductor and two runs for street light ACSR conductor will be measured as one length.

45Servicing of LT Panel after shut downand removing all dust particles and proper layout of LT panel wlth gland packing including 2.5 sqmm copper single core copper cable including repairing/replacing door hinges/door lock etc for necessary connections complete all as specified and directed
46M&L Preparation of old painted (outer exposed surface) of electric steel tubler polesover all diminsion 8.5/9.0 metres long, painting starts from ground level with black bituminious paint up to one metre andthereafterapplying one coat of aluminium paint including MS channel / angle iron andclamps with bolts, nutsof street light fittingandwriting pole No with black colur synthetic enamel paint of existing size letters complete all as specified and as directed.
47Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil and removing sludge by continuous circulation through centrifuging filtration plant with strip heater and improvement of dielectric strength to minimum 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap of electrode as per IS: 6792 (latest) for different capacities of transformer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
48M&L Topping up / replacement of transformer oil with new transformer oil suitable for working voltage 11000 volts grade, including necessary dehydration to achieve dielectric strength min 40 KV at 4mm gap transformer for various capacities of transformercomplete all as directed. Make of transformer oil : GULF/Castrol/HP/IOC/BP. Notes :for Ser Item No 1 & 2 (a) New transformeroil to be bought by the contractor in sealed (ISI marked) container with original test certificate. (b) Filtration/dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at the location where transformer is installed and necessary instruments shall be brought at site by the contractor. (c)During the process of filtration, transformer will be on load condition. (d)The old unserviceable oil shall be offered under schedule of credit. (e) Filtration and topping up transformer shall be done by authorised agent / dealer of manufacturer of transformer.
49Supply and replacement of silica gel grains in the breather assembly of transformers of various capacities complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
50Supply and replacement of breather assembly of size 50mm dia, min 250mm long for transformer of various capacities complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
51Supply and replacement of transformer temperature gauge, dial type, having temperature range 0 to 120°C complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
52Opening of top cover by unscrewing all nuts, bolts and washers forreplacement of transformer HT/LT bushing, lifting of core assembly, cleaning and refixing the complete unit with new cork sheet, gasket, existing/wherever required with new nuts, bolts and washers for transformer capacity 63 KVA to 500 KVA indoor/outdoor type complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) HT/ LT bushing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of these schedule as "supply only" items and labour element involved for replacing the same shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer in this item. (ii) Works to be carried out by standard agencies in the field only approved by Engr-in-Charge
53Opening of top cover by unscrewing all nuts, bolts and washers forreplacement of transformer HT/LT bushing, lifting of core assembly, cleaning and refixing the complete unit with new cork sheet, gasket, existing/wherever required with new nuts, bolts and washers for transformer capacity 3.15MVA indoor/outdoor type complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) HT/ LT bushing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of these schedule as "supply only" items and labour element involved for replacing the same shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer in this item. (ii) Works to be carried out by standard agencies in the field only approved by Engr-in-Charge
54Supply only HT porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV grade complete with brass rod & rubber bush for 63 to 500 KVA capacities of transformer complete.

60Shifting of transformer carefully of capacity of 63 - 500 KVA from its position upto road n.exc 50 m high by manually or chain pulley arrangement and carrying it to other installation by vehicle (Recovery Van) within Cantonment area n.exe 2 KM and install it to new places including commissioning and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
61M & L for attending fault of defective transformer step down 11 KV / 0.433 upto 500 KVA transformer any make, plinth/ floor/ pole mounted, indoor/ outdoor type, inspecting the transformer,meggering, step opening, removing the top cover of transformer, detecting the fault, rectfying the defect at site except major fault of burnt winding or other. and reassemble the same incl minor repairs i.e. tightening all loose connections at HV/LV bushings, any portion, spare parts of the transfomer and replace the gasket, cleaning outer surface by using cotton waste, panting complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) Step opening of the transformer and taking out the transformer oil from transformer into seperate container barrel and shall be included in quoted rates. (b)Replacement cost of the rubber gasket set for top cover, spindles, HT/LT bushing, insulators, breather, temp gauge, silica or any other item etc. as required shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant items of BOQ. (c)The cost of Cotton waste shall be included in quoted rates. (d)Dehydration/Filteration & heating of trf oil, suspended dust particles ect. shall be measured paid separetely under relevant items of BOQ).(e) The cost of nuts&bolts incl washers deemed to be included in the quotedrate. (f)Entire job shall be measured and paid after testing and entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (g) Replacement of LV / HV bushing /brass spindles / rewinding of HV / LV coils / tap changer,painting etc, shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of BOQ. (h) Transformer oil (if required) for topping up will measured and paid for separately under relevant item of BOQ.
62M & L for removing from site by disconnecting all connections of defective step down 11 KV / 0.433 any capacity upto 500 KVA transformer any make, plinth/ floor/ pole mounted, indoor/ outdoor type, transporting/ lifting with required T&P, hydra machine etc. to local/ authorised work shop for carrying out major repair of the transformer, detecting the fault, step opening of the transformer, including spray painting. A factory test should be carried out after repair and before dispatch of the transformer.including transporting carefully, refixing back to original position complete all as directed and entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.Note: (a) Dismantling/ reassembling, at work shop shall be included in quoted rates (b) lifting, transportation from site to work shop and refixing back to original posittion shall inculded in quoted rates (c) Dehydration/filteration & trf oil shall be mesured and paid separetely under relevant item of BOQ (d) Spray painting, nuts, bolts and washer deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(e) The cost of silica jel, rubber gasket, temperature gauge, breather assembly, gate valves shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant items of BOQ(f) Rewinding part or entire windings, replacement of LV / HV bushing/ spindles/ copper wire wt. for rewinding of HV / LV coils / tap changer etc will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of BOQ. (g) Topping up of transformer oil (if required) shall be mesured and paid separetely under relevant item of BOQ (h)Dismantling the transformer limb, drainingout transformer oil and lifting the core coil assembly, cleaning the core coil assembly by oil complete and remove the dirt, sludge in the coil and core gently without making damage of insulation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (j) Cleaning inside the chamber of transformer, scrapping complete all sludge and iron particle. (k) M & L Two coats of oil resistance paint on inside surfaces of transformer over a coat of red oxide metal primer. (l) Works to be carried out by standard agencies in the field only approved by Engr-in-Charge (m) The contractor shall produce the test certificate issued by factory/ work shop. (n) The neccesary T&P,hydra machine shall be provided by the contractor and the same shall be included in quoted rates) (o) The contractor shall give guarantee for a period of 01 year for all works and for repaired transformer.
63Servicing and repair to 33KV/11KV Transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA including the following works :- (a)Transport the transformer to workshop and return back after servicing including installation and commissioning and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b)Dismantling the transformer limb, drainingout transformer oil and lifting the core coil assembly, cleaning the core coil assembly by oil complete and remove the dirt, sludge in the coil and core gently without making damage of insulation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Cleaning inside the chamber of transformer, scrapping complete all sludge and iron particle. (d) M & L Two coats of oil resistance paint on inside surfaces of transformer over a coat of red oxide metal primer. (e) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gaskets, spacers, nut, bolt refilling with new transformer oil. [Note :-(i) Works to be carried out by standard agencies in the field only approved by Engr-in-Charge (ii) Oil filtration, supply of new oil and major spares will be measured and paid separately. (iii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gaskets, minor welding deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) All defective spare parts shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge for replacement.
64M & L Rewinding of HT coils suitable for 11000 volts grade with new super enamelled copper wire having Class - F insulation as per existing size and turns for capacity of transformer 63- 500 KVA complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
65M & L Rewinding of LT coils suitable for 1100 volt grade with new DPC copper wire having Class F insulation as per existing size and turns for capacity of transformer 63 to 500 KVA complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
66M & L Painting of transformer outer surface with one coat of synthetic enamel paint for transformer capacity 63KVA/100KVAafter preparation of old painted surface by spray painting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
67M & L Painting of transformer outer surface with one coat of synthetic enamel paint for transformer capacity 160KVA/250KVAafter preparation of old painted surface by spray painting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
68M & L Painting of transformer outer surface with one coat of synthetic enamel paint for transformer capacity 315 KVA/500KVAafter preparation of old painted surface by spray painting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

70Supply and replace HT/LT side terminal box made out of mild steel SA 40405 angle iron and 2mm thick MS sheet including removalble cover with required holes onflnge to fix at body of transformer and removable cover and fixing with new cork sheet gasket with nuts, bolts and washers inclding one coat of synthetic enamel paint as under coat and one as finishing coat to both side of box for 63 KVA/ 100 KVA Transformer capacities complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
71Supply and replace HT/LT side terminal box made out of mild steel SA 40405 angle iron and 2mm thick MS sheet including removalble cover with required holes onflnge to fix at body of transformer and removable cover and fixing with new cork sheet gasket with nuts, bolts and washers inclding one coat of synthetic enamel paint as under coat and one as finishing coat to both side of box for 160 KVA/ 250 KVA Transformer capacities complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
72Supply and replace HT/LT side terminal box made out of mild steel SA 40405 angle iron and 2mm thick MS sheet including removalble cover with required holes onflnge to fix at body of transformer and removable cover and fixing with new cork sheet gasket with nuts, bolts and washers inclding one coat of synthetic enamel paint as under coat and one as finishing coat to both side of box for 315 KVA/ 500 KVA Transformer capacities complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
