Nameof Work: Cleaning, checking and replacing/ repairing of HT Panel, HT/LT Ring Collector, HT/LT shoe and insulator replacement of 06 Nos. Electric Rope Shovel (10 CuM capacity) (04 nos. BE 195 shovel and 02 nos. Marion 182M shovel) at site at Nigahi Project

Scope of Work : 1) Cleaning of HT/LT ring collector and surrounding space. 2) Checking of all mounting bolts / insulators of HT/LT Ring. 3) Replacement of broken / crack insulators of HT/LT Ring. 4) Replacement of worn out HT/LT shoes ans insulator. 5) Replacement of damaged HT/LT Cables in HT panel / HT / LT ring and 6) Cleaning and checking wiring in HT/LT panel.

Note : HT Shoe assembly, HT/LT Insulator, HT Copper cable, Copper Lugs,Bolts Nuts, Washer & Screw etc., Cleaner (organic dryness property), wire Brush, Markin Cloth etc.as per requirement will be provided by NCL.

Labour charges for Cleaning , Checkingandreplacing / repairing of HT Panel , Panel wiring,HT/LT Ring Collector, HT/LT shoe,insulator replacement of 06 Nos. 10CuM Electric Rope Shovel ( 04 Nos. BE-195 and 02 Nos. 182m Marion Shovel)at site at Nigahi Project for a periond of 12 Months on weekly basis by engaging 02 nos. Skilled Electricianand02 nos. Semi-skilled Electrician helper manpower (for one day per week) for each machine . Total 06 Nos. Shovel ( 04 Nos. BE-195 and 02 Nos. 182M Marion Shovel)
