2Service of Pick up Van with driver:Providing a pick up van with Driver having two-row seat cabin, 1+ 4 seating capacity and loading capacity not less than 700 Kg, on hire basis, for duties at FACT- CD plants and external local trips. The operating time of the vehicle for one day is 24 Hrs from 8 am to 8 am next day, on all days including Sundays and holidays. The pick up van shall be operated as per instruction of Sr. Manager, Workshop in 8/4 shift. During evening / night shifts [ 4/12 ,12/8] & holidays, the pick up van shall be reported to Sr.Manager Production coordination. (The expected average usage of the vehicle is 70 KM/day)
3Rate for additional usage of Pick up van:Rate/KM for additional usage of Pick up van, above 23,800 KM in 340 days, shall be quoted. 2000 KM additional usage of pick up van during 340 DAYS.
