2M&L for Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) conforming to IS-2713 (Part-I & II) including painting of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer from top of the pole to 1.5m above the bottom of the pole and painting with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 1.5m from bottom of the pole including numbering of poles as complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)
3Dismantling of insulator of any type and size from existing poles after opening nuts, bolts and removing from site all as directed.
4S&F Pin type insulator, porcelain vitreous white or brown including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and nuts, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.
5S&F Shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator size 75mm height 90mm dia (maximum) including mild steel strips of section 31 x 3mm, washers, 12mm dia insulator bolt and nut suitable for working pressure 1100 volts grade all complete as specified and directed.
6S&F Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, whiteor brown small size with overall dimension 65mm x 90 mm and clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified.
7Supply and layingin repair galvanised steel wire 4.00 mm dia as continuous earth wire onover head conductor, Guard cradles on road crossing and stretching the same with required span, sag and binding the conductor with GI binding wireof approximate size and incl taking down existing UNSV earth wire all complete all as specified and directed.
8S&F LT Danger notice plate of size20cm x 15cmmade of 1.6mm thick mild steel plate, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size and including taking down the existing board complete all as specified and directed.
9Preparingsurfaces of steel tubular swaged pole LT with scraping out old paint by emmery paper, caustic soda complete and painting with two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of poles with white paint on black paint base and stripping with black paint (100 mm each stripe) 3 Nos at equal distance from bottom (above PCC coping) upto a height of 1200 mm complete.
10Taking down unserviceable line separator of any size and shapePVC flat/clamp/twisted type from existing LT overhead line and supply and fixing new spacer PVC flat/clamp/twisted type LT with nuts, bolts of suitable size for fixing with existing conductor complete for the following LT overhead lines.Make : Denson or equivalent.

35M&L for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on overhead electric lines and stretching the same with required span sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminium binding wire not less than 2.00 mm dia complete all as specifiedand directed for any size.
36Tightening and straightening of LT overhead line of ACSR conductor/GI wire of any size and span by disconnecting and removing from insulators and tightening the conductor by using rope, chain pulley block etc and binding the conductor on insulators with and including binding wire and jumpers of ACSR complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(Each conductor will be measured and paid separately)
37Cutting / trimming of tree branches and creepers which are touching of overhead lines / pole and disposal of waste timber and tree branches n.exc 50 mtrs without dismantling/ damaging of ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed.
38Disconnecting electrical connection, dismantling and taking down old unsv ACSR jumpers (PVC insulated/ bare conductor) any size and type including supply and fixing of new jumpers with PVC insulated 12 KV volt grade ACSR upto 1.5m length and winding with insulators or ACSR conductor with suitable size wire complete all as specified and as directed.
39Disconnecting HT/ LT side electrical connection carefully exisitng 11 KV/ 433 volt step down transformer of any capacity, draining out and re-filling of exisiting tranformer oil after filtration dehydration and measuring the di-electric strength which should not be less than 40 KV including re-installation of transformer satiesfaactory on its original position connecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.
40M&L for filling of new tranformer oil having di-electric strength not less 50 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) up to getting di-electric strength near 60 KV complete all as specififed and as directed. Make: Servo/ Gulf/ Power oil
