15M & L forRS Joist pole galvanized of size150 mm x150 mm of 12 meter long with MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300 x 300 welded to bottom of pole, fixing of cross arms, black & yellow colour at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth blockband of 1200 mm height (4 Nos each Strip of 150 mm width), painting pole No by the black paint by stenciled letters/ figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed. 20S & F for Anti climbing spikes type fabricated out of MS flat of 50mm x 6mm in two parts with 14 Nos 230 mm long 12 mm dia spikes sharpened edge and including nut,bolts & washers and welding made to shape to suit the cross section of pole including two coat of first grade aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

(t) Construction of Plinth of size 2.0mx 2.0mx1.5m for transformer, using 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in lean concrete, flyash brick masonry in CM 1:6, the top of the plinth shall consist of 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over compacted moorum filling, 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick surface with and including 25 cm thick stone aggregates of size 12.5 mm all around upto and including 1.5 m from the edge of the plinth including the RCC Gate and fencing with angle iron post in lieu of RCC post complete all as specified and directed.

(b) A set of heavy duty capacitor type MPPH box type, 440 volts.with output steps of 100 KVAR capacity capacitor bank in steps of with 4 steps (1 x 50 KVAR + 1 x 25 KVAR + 1 x 15 KVAR + 1 x 10 KVAR) in any configuration to accommodate all possible set ups. (c)MCB"s TP, "C" series,415 volts, off sizes with required numbers and suitable ratings as per the capacity of capacitors . (d) Thyristor switches shall be provided bor connecting/disconnecting the capacitor banks to the bus bar. (e) The APFC panel provided with two existing terminal and it is connected through GI strip 32 x 6mm size complete all as specified and directed. (f)Micro processr based control suitable for power factor correction with its unique features of four quadrant operation automatic C/K ratio selection.The APFC controller should ON/OFF the capacitor banksof 100 KVAR capacity capacitor bank in 4 steps above configuration to accommodate all possible set ups with indication whether it is lagging or leading.
41(g) Digital panel meter for current,voltage/ frequency and power factor having programmable CT ratio and built in selector switch of size 96mmx96mm,accuracy class-I, auxiliary support of 230 volts AC with SP MCBprotected shall be provided. (h) All control wires shall be not less than 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor and propeperly bunched/ tied,ferruled for proper identification and crimpled with adequate size of lugs. the cubicle will have a bottom support of channel of suitablesize, duly coated with zinc metal coating. 59M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
60Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand of 5 cm below the paver block complete all as specified and directed.
61M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block ISI marked, any shape and size of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid with grey cement &pigment complete all as specified and directed.
