Bids Are Invited For 2 YEAR ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT FOR VARIOUS ACTIVITIES-Removal of filter media, screening of media to separate gravels, coarse and fine sand then refilling of the filter media in RWTP-1 & RWTP-2 (after completion of lateral repairing jobs by civil deptt.)(90 m3 filter media per filter bed. Total 08 filter beds in two years) Removal of filter media, screening of media to separate gravels, coarse and fine sand then refilling of the filter media in RWTP-3(after completion of lateral repairing jobs by civil deptt.)(120 m3 filter media per filter bed. Total 04 filter beds in two years) Replacement of molecular sieve and activated alumina in the purification unit of Nitrogen Plant, PC-1 including shifting of fresh material from GAIL store to site and disposal of spent material at the designated site within 3 km(2300 Kg of material per dryer unit. Each dryer unit consists of 2 beds. Total 02 dryer units in 2 years. ) Replacement of molecular sieve and activated alumina in the purification unit of Nitrogen Plant, PC-2 including shifting of fresh material from GAIL store to site and disposal of spent material at the designated site within 3 km(5000 Kg of material per dryer unit. Each dryer unit consists of 2 beds. Total 02 dryer units in 2 years. ) Replacement of activated alumina in the Instrument Air Dryers of Compressed Air Plant, PC-1 & 2 including shifting of fresh material from GAIL store to site and disposal of spent material to designated site within 3 Km.(8400 Kg of material per dryer unit. Each dryer unit consists of 2 beds. Total 04 dryer units in 2 years) Removal and disposal of mud and silt from the intake feeder canal of raw water reservoirs, PC-1 and disposal of silt within plant premises.(Approx. 01 Km long feeder canal to be cleaned twice in a year i.e. total 04 times in two years) Removal and disposal of mud and silt from the intake feeder canal and 02 no of silt catcher pits of raw water reservoirs, PC-2 and disposal of silt within plant premises.(Approx. 01 Km long feeder canal and 225 m3 per silt catcher pit to be cleaned twice in a year i.e. total 04 times in two years) Removal and disposal of mud/silt from 02 no of silt catchers in raw water reservoir area.(Approx 250 m3 silt to be removed from each silt catcher twice in a year ( i.e. total 04 times in two years)) Cleaning of clarifiers in RWTP-1 and RWTP-2(04 clarifiers in 2 years) Cleaning of Tube settlers in RWTP-3(04 times in 2 years) Cleaning of dirty back wash sump in RWTP-1(01 dirty back wash sump cleaning twice per year i.e. total 04 in two years) Cleaning of dirty back wash sump in RWTP-3(PC 2)(01 cleaning twice per year and total 04 in 2 years) Cleaning Filter Backwash tanks RWT-1 2 3 (once in a year, i.e total 06 in 2 years) Cleaning of basin of all cooling towers cells including mist cooling system (MCS)(All 36 cells per year i.e. total 72 cells in two years) Cleaning of Pump sump of CT-1/2/3/4/5 & MCS after draining & complete dewatering of sump.(total 06 sumps per year i.e. total 12 sumps in two years) Removal of media in the SS Filters of all Cooling Towers including MCS and again recharging of filter media after screening.(25 M3 per filter (08 nos. of filters in 2 years) ) Cleaning of neutralization pits in D. M. Plant(20 m3 approx. Per pit. Cleaning of 06 pits per year i.e. total 12 pits in two years) Cleaning of neutralization pits pumps sump in D. M. Plant(One pump sump per year i.e. total 02 pump sump for two years) Removal of activated carbon, resin & recharging after repairing of internals of different vessels of DM Plant/ CPU, make up of resin including shifting of resin from GAIL store to site.(3 to 36.6 m3 of resin as per size of vessel. (Quantity will be taken separately for removing and filling up). Total 1000 m3 in two years.) Shifting of waste resin /activated carbon /waste material to solid waste storage shed or designated area within plant premises including filling of waste resin /activated carbon /waste material to bag/jumbo bag/drum and loading to tractor or any vehicle and unloading to solid waste storage shed or designated area within plant premises. Vehicle for shifting also provided by vendor.(1000 m3 of waste material) Cleaning of DM storage tank / polished condensate tank/ degasser water storage tank( Total 16 tanks in two years) Loading / unloading of pall rings of Degasser tank( Total 04 degasser tower in two year.) Cleaning of Guard pond in WWTP and disposal of removed sludge in secured land fill within 1.5 km distance from site.     (Sludge removal from each guard pond once in two years.
