    Supply Of Vapour Line Juice Heater Vertical 230M2 Vapour Line Juice Heater Vertical 230M2 , Vapour Line Juice Heater ( Vertical ) ( Participate Party Should Be Approved By National Federation ) , Vapor Line Juice Heater ( Vertical ) H.S.- 230M2 , Specifaction-: V.L.J.H Shall Be Of Multiple Circulation Type, Nos Of Tubes-440, Nos Of Passes-22 Nos Of Tube Per Pass-20, Tube Size-45Mmod X1.5 Mm Thick X 4000Mm Length Of Ss. 304 Grade.-: Raw Juice Inlet & Outlet Connection= 8 -:V.L.J, H Body 12 Mm Thick Tube Plate 30 Mm Thick X Cover Plates 32 Mm Thick Ofm.S Plate.-: The Cover Plate Shall Be Provided With Suitable Stiffeners Of Min. 8 Height And 12Mm Thick.The Juice Heater Shall Be Provided Easy Opening & Closing Device, Jointly Both Covers, Both Covers To Be Connected With Heavy Duty Hinge Type , Ligaments Of Tubes Min 15Mm.-: The Vapour Entry To V.L.J.H Shall Be Below Top Tube Plate 75Mm And Vapor Outlet 50Mm Above.Condensate Outlet Box. For Uniform Vapour Distribution, Vapor Inlet Shall Be Provided With Jacket Of 900Mm Height Throughout The Circumference Of Juice Heater Calandria. And Shall Have Slots For Inlet & Outlet As Per Need Of System With Width Of 50Mm. Vapour Jacket Thick Shall Be 12Mm. Arrange To Provide Dummy At Vapour Inlet For Taking Hydraulic And Also Arrangement For Drain Of Juice Heater, Release Of Air Gases. Tighting Bolts Shall Be T Type Or Eye Type With Individual Pin And Pitch Shall Less Than 120Mm. The Partition Plate & Header Shall Be Not Less Than 12Mm Thick M.S. Plate And Flexible Cord Fixing Arrangement To Be Made Of 30Mm Square With Dove Tail. Both Cover Shall Be Easly Operate. The Juice Heater Shall Have Mercury Filled 150Mm Dial Type Thermometer In Inlet & Outlet Branch Of Juice And For The Steam Chest.
