3Supplying / Stacking / Spreading and levelling of good earth in layers not exceeding 20cm thick incl. ramming, dressing, watering and rolling the top layer with Power Road Roller 8-10 Tonne Capacity incl. all leads, lifts, royalties, taxes and carriages complete incl. engagement of skilled labour for levelling of top surface upto the desired level / finish as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
