2Fabrication supply and erecting 415 volt dust & vermin proof cubicle type wall/ floor mounting panel board, The board shall be fabricatedfrom 1.63 SWG MS sheet with acid railway pattern locking arrangement as per ISS and necessary cable entry alleges and rigid internal connection using solidcopper/Aluminium/Equivalent rating of bus bar chamber at near side of board and providing danger notice board.The board shall be neatly painted with powder coated painted 7 course treatment.The board shall be installed as dierected site, including with following accessories.
3Providing & fixing 250 A 36KA 4P MCCB thermal release set 80 V for incoming
4Providing and fixing 160A 36 KA 4P MCCB Thermal Magnetic release set 80V for outgoing
5Providing & fixing induction lamps
6Providing & fixing Ampere meter withCT Coil & selector switch.
7Providing& fixing Volt meter with selector switch.
8Supply and fitting 25 HP panel including 25HP L & T Makeof fully auto starter (ML2 FASD)
9Supply and fitting Single phase cum dry run preventer in the 25 HP starter panel
10Providing and fixing Suitable rating ELCB in the 25 HP starter panel
11Supply and providing pipe earthing, excavating earth 2.5m depth in hard soil and fixing pipe connecting copper earth wire filling requiredquantity of charcoal and connecting etc.
12Supply 8 SWG copper wire.
