    Compititive Ebidding For Modification Of Fibrizer For Season 2022-23 Compititive Ebidding For Modification Of Fibrizer For Season 2022-23 , Fibrizer Rotor Modifications Works , Work Shall Involve The Complete Design Of Swing Hammer Type Fibrizer Rotor To Suit 1980Mm Width Cane Carrier With Supply, Erection, Commissioning And Successful Trial Complete With All Its Accessories. The Fibrizer Shall Have Swing Dia Of 2130Mm And Suitably Adapted To Our Drive Of 2000Bhp, Multi Stage, Triveni Make Steam Turbine And At Final Output Of 750 Rpm So Are To Be Suitably Designed ( But Not Less Than 114 Hammers ) . The Anvil Plate Associated With The Fibrizer Shall Have A Minimum Wrap Angle Of 160 Degrees Of Pocket Type With Pocket Size 275 Mm X 275 Mm X 155 Mm Deep And Base Plate Thickness Of Minimum 32 Mm. The Anvil Plate Should Have Arrangements For Adjusting Anvil Minimum Clearance Of 220Mm At Front Head, 175Mm At Centre & 25 Mm At Discharge. Hard Facing On The Anvil Working Surface Shall Be Having Minimum Hardness Of 600 Bhn. 10 Nos. Hammer Shank Duly Hard Faced Complete In All Respect Be Provided As Spares. You Have To Provide Complete Set Of Gear Coupling For Fibrizer & Compatible With Turbine Output Rpm Side / Reduction Gear Output Shaft. The Fibrizer Unit Thus Supplied Along With Suitable Modifications Done In Regards To Supply Or Workmanship Shall Be Guaranteed For A Period Of 02 Seasons Or 2 Years ( Which Ever Is More ) And In Event Of Any Troubleshoot Or Defects Found In Regards To Above Said, The Supplier Shall Promptly Attend The Same Free Of Cost In Such A Manner That The Results Or Working Of The Plant Shall Not Be Affected Adversely.

The Fibrizer shall have swing dia of 2130mm and suitably adapted to our drive of 2000BHP, Multi stage, Triveni make steam turbine and at final output of 750 rpm so are to be suitably designed (but not less than 114 hammers). The anvil plate associated with the Fibrizer shall have a minimum wrap angle of 160 degrees of pocket type with pocket size 275 mm X 275 mm X 155 mm deep and base plate thickness of minimum 32 mm.
