| 2 | Part A : RTU FOR CENTRALISED SCADA SYSTEMProject Management, Design, Engineering, Procurement of Materials, fabrications/ manufacturing, Inspection & Factory Acceptance Testing at works, Supply, Packaging, Shipping, Insurance, Port Handling, Custom Clearance, Inland Transportation to site, Storage & Safety, Installation along with necessary software, installation material, cables (all armored), Exp Cable Glands, connectors, power supply & surge protection devices, erection of foundation support channel on trench for panel erection, cable trays, test instruments / equipment, Test Run, Pre-commissioning activity,Commissioning, Training, Technical support, Warranty, Extended Warranty, Post Warranty Maintenance contract, Mandatory & commissioning spares, Documentation etc and shall be executed on turnkey indivisible works contract basis as per details scope of work, Technical Specification of RTU Annexure I to PJS, & Job specification PJS No. MEC/05/E5/T/Q7NK /PJS-094 (RTU) provided in the tender documents. All above with additionally supply & installation of RTU panels (size appx 800mm x 800mm x 2000mm plus 100mm base frame & 15 mm anti vibration pad), Preparation of data bank for RTU mapping with centralised SCADA as per desired format, Site Acceptance testing & Integration with FEP SERVERS & Centralized SCADA system, Integration with Telecom System & local IEDs complete in all respect. Location details will be provided after order placement or during detailed engineering. All proposed locations are tentative and may change during detailed engineering / execution; bidder shall follow instruction of client / EIC during installation. |

Unit rate for Mandatory spares with cards details, part no., make etc. shall be given separately with the offer & price part. | 16 | Extended Warranty per month(The Extended Warranty is applicable only if completion of trial run/ acceptance of system by owner / handing over of system is delayed beyond 12 months from Supply (Date of receipt of Last material at site) and the delay is not attributed to contractor). All materials shall be considered to be in the custody of contractor fully insured with applicable conditions of warranty. This Extended warranty (after 12 months) is used to extend warranty for the delayed period till the start of Main warranty (i.e. 24 months), which is supposed to start on successful completion of trial run/ acceptance of system by owner / handing over of system (refer warranty clause). (Refer Note 6 to MR) (Decision of start date & no of month extension of extended warranty will be as per instruction of client/ EIC) |
