The job also includes repair to the AHU motors by replacing damaged bearings p/f of new bearings – 4 no’s, V-belt – 4 no’s in place of damaged ones. Repair/replacement of burnt wiring of motors , making ofnew connections after thimbling & insulating properly & interlocking with the panel. Testing of system on load. b) Repairs to the control panel of casuality ward AHU by way of P/F of new contactor ML-02 -1 no, HRC fuse 63 amp – 2no’sin place ofburnt/damaged ones, repair/replacement of burnt wiring & then thimbling properly & insulating with PVC tape . The job also includes repair to the AHU motor ofold emergencyward by replacing damaged bearings, p/f of new bearings – 2 no’s, V-belt – 2 no. in place of damaged ones & interlocking of the system.Testing of system on load. c) Repair to control panel of 105.5 TR Central Chiller Air Conditioning plant no - II (Voltas make) installed at AC plant room of GMCH Jammu by way of p/f ofnew motor preventer, relays - 1 no, contactors -3 no’s , 160 amp fuse – 01 no. in place of damaged ones. The job also includes repair to MCCB 200 A by p/f of new kit in place of damaged one. Testing of system on load. The jobs include cost of material, labour charges , taxes& carriage. Complete Job.. |
