    Name of Work:E- tender for up keeping of Bhavani Barrage Power House I/Samayapuram, by periodical cleaning of Electrical and Mechanical equipments and Machineries of Unit-I & II, Barrage gate and assistance for carrying out running maintenance, breakdown maintenance and AOH works etc., Under works contract through outside agency for 7 months from the date of entrusting the work.

    1Electrical Maintenance: a)cleaning of indoor equipments including Generator, LTAC Panels, Station battery and DG set room, control and relay panels, cleaning of entire Power house equipments and light fitting and for assisting of operators when ever required, etc. b) Cleaning of outdoor equipments including Power transformer, Breaker, Bus bar structure, HT cables, bushings, Insulators, LT transformers, sweeping of entire switch yard, bush clearance power house and yard cleaning etc. c) Transport of tools, loading and unloading of materials as and when the routine/ emergency works are carried out inside and outside the power House
    2Mechanical Maintenance: a)Cleaning of Barrage gate area, DT gate and Intake gate area, gate structure, motors, Trash rack panel, stop log gate etc.., b)Cleaning of Cooling water pump strainer, High Pressure pump and low pressure pump filter, Lube oil tank sump, turbine, Governor sump Governorfilter, compressors, Dewatering pump dismantling and fittings, Equipment bolt tightness, etc when ever required. c)Transport of tools, loading and unloading of materials as and when the routine/ emergency works are carried out inside and outside the power house.
