    Scope Of Work Covers Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Of Local Area Network ( Lan ) At Btps For The Year 2022-23 Which Shall Be On The Basis Of Single Point Responsibility; Completely Covering Comprehensive Maintenance And Services In Respect Of All Active Lan Components And Non-Comprehensive Maintenance Of All Passive Lan Components And Cutting & Refilling Of The Road / Earth Excavation, Etc., Providing Additionally As On When Required.Comprehensive Annual Maintenance And Services In Respect Of All Active Lan Components Shall Also Include:A ) Corrective Maintenance: Shall Provide Onsite Corrective Maintenance And Support For Active Components And Passive Components During Prime Shift Hours Of Coverage. Shall Provide Support In Trouble Shooting The Day-To-Day Lan Problems And Put The Network In Continuous Working Condition. Periodically Monitor & Checking The Performance Of The Local Area Network ( Lan ) And Cleaning The Racks, Switches & Media Converts Etc., Free From Dust & Dirt.B ) Replacement Of Defective Parts: Any Active Lan Components Found Defective, Shall Rectify / Repair / Replace The Same With New One.C ) Supervision Of Lan Maintenance Works: For Overall Supervision Of Lan Maintenance Works, Shall Deploy Two Resident Engineers Who Are Well Versed With Local Area Network ( Lan ) . During The Lan Maintenance, Resident Engineers Should Perform Fine Tuning & Configuration Of The Switches, Etc., So As To Available During Prime Shift Hours Of Coverage.
