| 2 | Repairs to the front door of Thermax makeby way of dismantling the door /loosened up fry clay bricks damaged weight bar plate, etc.The job includes denting/welding of front door providing/fitting of MS weight bar plate support sheet of required size and thickness. The job includes providing /fitting of new fire clay bricks for the damagedarea on front. |
| 3 | Dismantling of all the loosened up fire bricks/refractory of both the plants by way ofremoving and shifting of broken bricks to nearby municipality container/dumping yard as per direction of site Engineer. Providing and fixing of new fire clay bricks of size 3”x 4.5x9” having high temperature resistance of up to 1600°C.The job includes providing and fixing of new refectory holding hooks of heat resistant material in place of damaged ones by way of welding for top side. The refractory shall be laid in the form of arch using proper scaffolding etc. The job shall also include dismantling of damaged/cracked bricks and thoroughly cleaning of base. The job also includes providing, laying, drying and testing of refractory lining for newly laid fire clay bricks using refractory cement of ACC make or equivalent and having dry density of 2200kg per m³ and must also with stand maximum temperature up to 1600²C to be laid on the internal surface of the incinerator for primary chamber and front door. The job also includes dismantling of old and damaged refectory lining thoroughly and preparing the base for the new refectory lining. |
