| 216 | Note for Item No 215 :- (i)The unit quoted rate shall deem to be included to carried out all repairs noticed during the period. (ii) Repairs/ maintenance shall be carried out through the authorised service agency only as per instructions recommended by the original manufacturer. (iii) The authorised service agency must be attended as and when called for urgent nature of repair of synchronous panel irrespective of number of visit. (iv) Otherwise, periodicity shall be around 03 months or as per manufacturer instruction. (v) Replacement of minor items shall be included in the unit quoted rate. (vi) Replacement of any major defective items will not be included in the scope of work. However, the decision of Accepting Officer is final and binding in deciding, whether the defective item is major or minor in nature. (vii) Payment shall be made thrice for the period of 11 months proportionately. |
