| 2 | M & L for Taking down water storage heater (Geysers) of capacities 25 Ltr/35 Ltr/50 Ltr from existing position by disconnecting inlet and outlet pipes, vent pipe, electrical connection, bringing the Geyser to AGE E/M Storeyard at Laitkor Peak, dismantling Geyser for repairs, descaling/cleaning of inner tank vessel by coir/steel brushes, cleaning of all accessories, checking for its functionality, carrying out repairs/replacement of unserviceable components, re-assembling of all parts/components (new or old serviceable) and re-installing at existing/new location as directed, making inlet and outlet pipes connections, vent pipe connection, electrical connection including replacement and grouting of nuts and bolts, washers, clamps etc and provision of 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of size 40 x 0.0076 for connecting Geyser to switch board in required length and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) Cost of labour for replacement of new component in above Geysers shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b)New spare parts/components shall be measured and paid as Supply only under respective items of BOQ here-in-after. (c) All cleaning operation and testing is to be carried out inAGE E/M Storeyard at Laitkor Peak, in presence of Engineer-in-Charge/Rep of Engineer-in-Charge. |
