| 1 | M&L for cleaning of following RCC tank/masonary sumps/water reservoirs, through 7 stages of cleaning and sterilization consisting of three stages of bacteriological screening done by Terbac-G10, Terbac-G5, Terbac-G65 and Ultra Violet ray process complete all as specified and as directed for the following :- Note 1 for cleaning stages:-(a) First stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or our own high capacity dewatering system.(b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10 , a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks.(c) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pumpwith pressure 5 PSI.(d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is Sterilization by using TERBAC-G5 aLaboratory certified branded halogen compound.Test certificate of TERBAC-G5 from government laboratory mentioningsuitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilization. |
| 2 | (e )Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of the water tank byheavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner.(f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria.(g) Seventh Stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC- G65.Test certificate of Terbac- G65 From Government Laboratory mentioningsuitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for Sterilization.Note 2: Cleaning shall be done at-least three times at an interval of three months or at an early period if directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
