    Name of Work: Providing re-circulatory water pipe lines for cooling of new furnaces in M-31 lab along with thermal insulation on re-circulatory water lines in various lab at FF, NRB, BARC, Tarapur.

    1Supply, Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 1" dia. G.I pipe line for re-circulatory water system including all necessary fittings such as elbow, tee, band, 1" dia. glove valvesflange type (12 Nos), 1" dia. glove valve (4No.) as per "E" table, suitable gasket, GI nuts & bolts as per requirement & MS angle supports etc. DP test of all weld joints & connection to existing pipelines system, painting as per drawing and technical specification.
    2Supply, Fabrication & installation of thermal insulation for 15mm dia re-circulatory water pipe line etc. by 19 mm alupet insulation & sealing all joints with suitable tape as per tech. specification.
    3Supply, Fabrication & installation of thermal insulation for 25mm dia re-circulatory water pipe line etc. by 19 mm alupet insulation & sealing all joints with suitable tape as per tech. specification.
    4Supply, Fabrication & installation of thermal insulation for 40mm dia re-circulatory water pipe line etc. by 19 mm alupet insulation & sealing all joints with suitable tape as per tech. specification.
    5Supply & testing of pen type vibration meter havingfollowing specification: Mode-Acceleration, Velocity & displacement,LCD Display, Complete Set With the Test Pin and the Magnetic Base, Built-in Low Battery Indicator, Heavy Duty & Compact Housing Case. (preferred make: Lutron)
    6Supply & testing of chain pully block having capacity 250Kg, Standard lift 2.5M, Head room-217mm, High Strength Load Chain (Breaking Stress of1000N/mm2), Stainless steel hand chain (SUS304) for corrosion resistance, Hook Latch with Tip-Supporting Structure (Top & Bottom Hooks),(preferred make: Kito)
