Note: 1. The rates are to be quoted separately for Cars and Two wheelers for Puzzle system of parking and Rotary parking system2. L-1 in both the cases will be considered as L13) The L1 in both parking categoriesi.e. puzzle and rotary parking shall be decided on the basis of rates qouted per unit and not on the basis of total as may be displayed in the BoQ4. In case, No bidder is L1 in both the vehicle categories i.e., car and bike, the L1 in Car category will be considered as L1 and has to match his quoted rate for bike category with the L1 rate of Bike category5. Variation of± 20% in the quantities is to be considered depending on the actual design as per site conditions 6. NSSCDCL reserves the rights of dividing the work between the bidders, if needed, in the interest of speedy completion of the work 7. The rates to be quoted including all taxes, levies, duties etc... excluding GST8. Bidder has to quote rate in both Technology Parking System i.e. Rotary & Puzzle. NSSCDCL reserves the rights to adopt either Rotary or Puzzle Parking System either at all 4 locations or at any of them.
