Note:i. Rate should be quoted on per km basis of existing sewer line length. The Quantity specified is an approximate and is for reference only. The payment shall be done on the basis of actual work executed.ii. Rate shall be quoted in figures as well as in words. If any difference in figures and words is found lower of the two shall be taken as valid and correct rate. If the bidder is not ready to accept such valid and correct rate and declines to furnish performance security and sign the agreement his earnest money deposit shall be forfeited.iii. All duties, taxes, and other levies payable by the bidder shall be included in the rate quoted by the bidder.(Excluding GST)
