Providing and Laying of 8 to 10 mm thick ivory or light shade vitrified tiles of 600mm x 600 mm size in floor or skerting laid with 1:3 cement mortar (1cement 3 coarse sand) finishing with cement slury & with pigment grouting & polishing complete i/c supply of all material labour T&P required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing 6 mm china glazed tiles in skirting with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finishing with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete supply of all material labourrequired for proper completion of work.

Scarping old white or color wash including disposal of refuse within a distance of 60 meter.

Distempering (first coat) with oil bound distemper or approved brand .
