Providing Services of Graduate Call Center Representative cum Computer Operator for Street Light, having good communication skill, should know Hindi & English typing & having relevant experience in Data Entry in Computer and Smart Phone having whatsapp facility for carrying out day to day complaint received and ATR preparation i.e. making reply of complaints, preparing daily basis data, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly reports of different nature of works, Online monitoring of Public Grievances Cell(i.e. LG, PGMS, CPGRAMS, WIMS, VIP) & Handling the complaints and forwarding to concerned Department/Agency/DISCOM for rectification of defects in daily routine & updation of concerned work details in \"WIMS\" & preparation of Monthly & Quartly reports based thereon and other internal related works & taking direction of Engineer-in-Charge on all working days.1) Call Center Representative cum Computer Operator- 1 No
