| 1 | Preventive maintenance of Thermax Make AMW-06 Hot water Generator:-The job includes disassembling of hot water generat+B13:B24or from the circuit, removing of coil by means of chain pulley, cleaning by way of removing of soot and carbon deposits from coil and shell of the hot water generator.The job then involves thoroughly removing soot and carbon deposits by using wire brush, scrapers and blower from shell and coil . The inside of the coil will be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of de-scaling compound, sulphamic acid powder of Thermax Make (approx . 25 Kg) and water continuously for 24 hr with the help of pump while maintaining a PH of 1-2. The solution is to be circulated from a tank/barrel/trays.All consumable items viz. Brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth required shall be arranged by the contractor. The job also involves dismantling/cleaning of the burner gun, cleaning of nozzle, diffuser plate, electrodes. All other accessories of the boiler shall also be opened and cleaned similarly. The HWG shall be again reassembled ,tested and commissioned after overhauling. The job includes replacement of all seals ,gaskets, asbestos rope. Asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts, bolts etc. as shall be required .The tools and tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractor. |
| 2 | Replacement of the refractory of AMW-06 Hot water Generator .The job includes complete removal of old damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces/bases.Angle Iron hooks/holdfasts shall be firmly welded to the refractory base whereever necessary and collar of the top plate shall be repaired if required .Refractory shall be laid in \"fire Crete Super\" brand castible refractory cement. |

| 10 | Providing & fitting ofseamless fire tubes (IBR approved) in the Nestler make hot water generator.The job includes cutting and removing of old leaky and damaged tubes, cleaning and filling of surfaces and fitting new tubes by welding/brazing. All tools ,tackles and skilled manpower are to be arranged by the contractor.The contractor shall have to submit necessary certificates as asked by concerned Executive Engineer/ AEE or his representative. |
| 11 | Fan Coil Unit:Complete overhauling of FCU s by way of dismantling of metallic filters, air dampers, shields, motors, fan and finned hot water coils etc. .All the dismantled parts are to be cleaned and washed using detergent, high pressure water jets and kerosene/diesel. the coils are to be descaled by circulating sulphamic acid powder with appropriate quantity of water for 4 -5 hrs till working PH is achieved (PH of 1-2).All necessary items viz. pumping units, buckets, piping and litmus paper (PH 1-7),gaskets, nuts and bolts, dhoti cloth shall be arranged by the executing agency. Further the job includes greasing of bearing pins and the moving parts and testing of FCU\"s for noiseless operation and satisfactory performance . The job also consists of checking out leaks to the hot water coils and repairing of the same. The job also includes alignment of the coils and fan. All tools and tackles, consumable items which shall be required during execution of work shall have to be provided by contractor. The job also includes providing and fixing of new ball bearings and V-belts ,wiringa,topcover,inlet and outlet ball valves on each below capacity air handling units |

| 14 | Radiators:Complete dismantling of heat convectors installed inside various blocks of Doctors/Nuses Hostel /Mess etc . The convectors after opening at flange joints shall be shifted to a suitable place anywhere inside premises of hospital. The job shall include removing of dirt etc. between Al.fins either by using blower or manually by using suitable size wire brushes followed by impinging high pressure water jet. The job also includes straightening of Al. fins and fixing of loose fins by brazing.The inside of copper tube shall be cleaned by circulating a solution of sulphamic acid powder of THERMAXmake and water of required strength continuously for 01 hr or more with the help of pump so that the working PH is achieved(PH between 1 to 2). The solution is to be circulated from a tank/barrel/trays .Brushes ,detergent, diesel/kerosene oil ,dothicloth, Litmus paper required shall be arranged and provided by the contractor. The convectors shall then be fitted at their respective places with replacement of damaged gaskets, nuts/bolts etc. The job includes removal of dents if any to the convector shields followed by application of a coat of paint of even shade on the repaired portion |
| 15 | Fabrication ,providing and fixing of convector clamps at different locations in the hospital as will be identified. The clamps are to be fabricated out of ISA 25x25x3 mm angle. These clamps are to be fixed to the wall with the help of 8mm dia dash fasteners (04-06 dash fasteners for each convector) |

| 17 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3ph, 415V, 3hp gear oil pump of capacity min. 3000LPH at Nurses/Doctors Hostel boiler house to pump HSD from bulk oil tank to day oil tank. The pump set shall be supplied complete with 3PH drive induction motor, couplings, pump, all mounted on base frame. The pump set shall be connected to existing fuel supply system and the job includes providing and fixing of MS piping to connect the pump set to supply and discharge headers of existing pump set (which shall work as standby arrangement for the system), isolation valves on suction and discharge sides, NRV, Y Strainer, reducers, P&F of 3.5core Cu cable to connect the pump set to 3PH supply from existing panel, isolation and cladding of the said piping. The job further includes testing of installation and commissioning of the same under usual load conditions. The job also includes providing of foundation for the pump by way of providing of RCC base of requisite dimension of mix ratio 1;1;5;3 along with MS plates, bolts, nuts etc for base grouting of the installed pump set. The defect liability period of the installed pump shall be min. of one complete heating season/one year whichever is earlier. All consumables kits, tools, tackles are included in the job. Any other works deemed important for the installation is included herewith. |
| 18 | Providing, fitting and testing of HSD flow meter of standard size 25mm on suppl and return lines to the day oil tank at Nurses/Doctors Hostel boiler house. The job includes dismantling of the fuel line cutting the section as per the dimensions/profile of the flow meter. The job further includes providing of additional pipeline, fitting and allied accessories in the form of sockets etc. required for the successful operation of the flow meter. The flow meter shall be of fun metal construction, anlog. Mechanical counter type, housed inside a hack proof housing and properly protected and coated from outside, strainer provided, flanged connections for easy installation resettable counter, high accuracy reading compatible with installed pump set flow. The flow meter shall be calibrated for precise and accurate readings and shall be tested at site after installation to check for correction of testing readings. The make of the flow meter shall be reputed for industrial installations. The DLP shall be for one heating season. |
