1Daily monitoring & inspection of Ash Dyke area and to carry out other allied civil works on monthly basis as per scope given below. a) Daily routine monitoring & inspection of Ash Dyke & Raw Water Ponds at RGTPP Khedar Hisar. The work shall be carried out by deployment of sufficient unskilled manpower. However, firm has to deploy sufficient manpower depending upon the site requirements as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. b) Throughout cleaning of Sarsod Minor (25 Cusec) as and when required is also in the scope of contractor. c) Plantation of trees in the vicinity of Ash Dyke & Raw Water Area as per direction of Engineer In-charge is in the scope of contractor. (Plants will be provided by HPGCL). d) To uproot wild grass, weeds and other unwanted plants from the kuccha roads and pucca roads at raw water & ash dyke periphery etc. e) If any damages or any leakages in ash dyke area & Raw Water Ponds is found then intimate the same to Engineer-in-Charge f) To prevent entry of stray cattle and other domestic animals in Ash Dyke & Raw Water Ponds area. g) To provide assistance to extinguish the fire incurred on Ash Dyke, if any. h) Minor Earth filing besides ash dyke wherever required or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge especially in rainy season. i) To collect any unwanted / unauthorized material found on ash dyke and deposit the same in the O/o EIC. j) To keep daily watch on firefighting pipe lines near Raw Water Ponds & Ash Dyke area and intimated immediately to the Engineer-in-Charge in case of any leakage observed from pipe lines. k) Any other Minor repair of Ash Dyke & Raw Water Ponds i.e., re-settlement of bricks inside ash dyke, opening & closing ash dyke water recovery well window as per direction of EIC etc. is included in the scope of contractor. Suggestive men power requirement: - Minimum 4 Nos. unskilled workers are to be deployed by the firm.
2Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 SQM on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. HSR-4.14.
3Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, sqm 7 7 brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. HSR-4.1
4Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means cum including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer – In-charge.HSR-5.25
5Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with1: 1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-111): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). HSR-6.16
6Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.HSR-6.30.6
7Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level. Cold twisted bars. HSR-6.34.3.
8Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cantering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 6.1.1 1 : 1 ½: 3 ( 1 Cement: 1 ½ coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 3 cum graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). HSR-6.1.1.
9Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. HSR-13.28.
10Cleaning of slit from wells, with bed level up-to 15 metres, below ground level including bailing out water and dredging. (NS item)
11First class dry flat brick flooring or paving in ordinary bonded courses or in herring bone or other special courses or bond laid to template over rammed and dressed foundation and to correct longitudinal and cross slopes as shall be required by the Engineer-in-charge. All joints shall be thoroughly filled with dry sand grouting which shall be applied to a thickness of not than 20 mm over the surface of the flooring and brushed into the joints. All joints shall be fully filled with sand. HSR-21.13
