This Work Involves Transporting The M.S Plates From Mtps-Ii Stores To Bottom Ash Area, Cutting Into Required Size, Leading , Lifting, Positioning On The Eroded Portion Of Bottom Ash Conveying Chutes Elevation And Welding Eroded ( Or ) Punctured Portion Of Bottom Ash Buffer Hopper, Drycon & It’S Internals, Oscillating Screen Andits Auxiliaries, Primary & Secondary Crusherand Its Discharge Chutes, Ashhopper Below The Secondary Crusher, Bucket Elevators And Its Discharge Chutes, Rotary Vane Feeder & Its Discharge Chutes Etc. 4	Charges for Overhauling of all Bottom ash hopper 24 Nos of gates and its Hydraulic systems, and its Pump, Cleaning the Filters and the hydraulic oil lines, Reconditioning /replacement of wornout internals, O-rings, Gaskets, Replacing the Oil, including cost of hire charges for T&P"s required, all consumables such as‘O’-rings, Oil Seals, Gaskets and other Safety appliances, labour charges etc completeand related works required at site, as perdirection of the Engineer-in-charge .
5	Charges for Overhauling of Drycon Hydraulic tensioning unit and its lines, Hydraulic Cylinders, Pumps, Replacing the O-rings, Gaskets and replacing the oil, including the cost of hire charges for T&P"s required, all consumables and Safety appliances, labour chargescompleteand related works required at site, as perdirection of the Engineer-in-charge.
6	Inspection and attending the patch up welding of the DRYCON conveyor casing, bottom ash conveying chutes and its equipments. This work involves transporting the M.S plates from MTPS-II stores to Bottom ash area, cutting into required size, leading , lifting, positioning on the eroded portion of bottom ash conveying chutes elevation and welding eroded (or) punctured portion of Bottom Ash buffer hopper, Drycon & it’s internals, Oscillating screen andits auxiliaries, primary & Secondary crusherand its discharge Chutes, AshHopper below the Secondary crusher, Bucket elevators and its discharge chutes, Rotary vane feeder & its discharge chutes etc. including the hire charges of scaffolding, Safety appliances and T&P’sand related works required at site, as perdirection of the Engineer-in-charge .
7	Charges for inspection of entire liner plate, removing worn out liner plates and Renewal of DRYCON liner plates in Drycon conveyor casing and devoluting the scrap material at MTPS-II stores and hire charges for T&P required, consumables and Safety appliances andrelated works required at site, as perdirection of the Engineer-in-charge .
8	Charges inspection, of worn out guide I-beams (130 m), Renewal / Replacing of I-Beam in Drycon system, Correcting the alignment and devoluting the scrap material at MTPS-II stores including the cost of Materials required, T&P’s required, consumables and Safety appliancesand related works required at site, as perdirection of the Engineer-in-charge .
9	Charges for dismantling of Secondary crusher Gears box and its Internals, renewal of Bearings, internals and reassembling of Gear box including hire charges for T&P required, consumables etc.,
10	Dismantling of primary crusher Gears box and renewal of internals such as shaft, bearing and Oil seal and reassembling of gear box, etc., including hire charges for T&P required consumables etc.,
