    Tender For Pdh-Ppu Project Gail Usar , In Case Of Any Discrepancy In The Item Description / Tag No. / Qty. Specified In This Price Schedule Vis-À-Vis The Corresponding Details In Mr, The Item Description / Tag No. / Qty.Specified In Mr Shall Prevail. , Vendors Are Required To Furnish Rates Against The Individual Item Only And Not For The Block. Eil Will Calculate And Sum The Total Price For Each Block. Vendor Must Quote For All Items In A Block Without Any Exception. If A Vendor Regrets For Any Item Of A Block, The Offer Shall Be Straightway Rejected For That Block. Similarly, If A Vendor Omits The Rates For One / More Item Of A Block, The Offer Shall Be Straightway Rejected For That Block. The Offer Shall Be Evaluated On The Basis Of Total Amount ( After Summation ) Of Each Block. , For Items Not Clubbed Together In A Block, Vendors To Quote For Individual Items Independently. Evaluation Shall Be On Individual Item Basis For Such Items. , The Quoted Prices Shall Be Inclusive Of All Inspection And Testing Requirements As Specified In The Enclosed Mr. , As Stated Elsewhere In Tender, Bidder Is Required To Quote All Components Of Price Schedule. In Case, It Is Found That Some Of Components Of Price Schedule Viz. Freight, Ocean / Air Freight Charges, Incidental Services Component, Etc. Are Left Blank Or Quoted “Nil / Zero” In Price Bid, The Same Shall Be Considered Inclusive In Total Quoted Price For Evaluation And Ordering. No Confirmation From The Bidder Shall Be Sought In This Regard , I ) Bidders Must Submit This Preamble With Their Bid With Both Unpriced & Priced Offer. Ii ) Bidders Are Mandatorily Required To Enter Their Name In The Each Page Of Excel File / Pdf File Of Price Schedule Provided In The E-Tender Portal For Submission Of Unpriced & Price Bid => Limited
