    Tender For Supply Of Dengue Serotyping Real Time Pcr Detection Kit (Lyophilized Master Mix)--1. Should be in a kit format, 2. Should be CE_IVD certified with documentary evidence 3. Bids must include external quality assurance results for performance evaluation 4. Kit should be lyophilised form. 5. Should have internal control in the kit that runs by default with every test - internal control should not be confused with any other control running outside the sample PCR tube 6. Should have positive control in the kit and not to be purchased separately 7. Kits must be compatible with ABI 7SOOFast Dx, CFX96, which documentary evidence must be provided from the manufacturer along with programming guidebooks / manuals from the manufacturer, without needing any additional software to be purchased. 8. The kits should have extended stability of at least 15 months from the date of manufacture and documentary evidence from the manufacturer 9. Should be validated from serum samples by the manufacturer 10. Should detect all serotypes (1,2,3,4) of Dengue virus 11. Must have a lower limit of detection not exceeding 20 RNA copies per reaction 12. Should use common channels FAM, ROX, CyS, HEX, JOE or VLC for detection and not specific machine dependent channels for highest sensitivity
