Scrap Generation, Bobbin And Scrap Is To Be Returned To Bhel. 3% Scrap Generation Is Allowed And 1.5% Process Loss Is Acceptable. Slitted Paper Should Be Supplied With Carbon/Plastic Core. Carbon / Plastic Core Should Be Suitable For Winding Machines At Bhel. => Limited

SCRAP GENERATION, BOBBIN AND SCRAP IS TO BE RETURNED TO BHEL. 3% SCRAP GENERATION IS ALLOWED AND 1.5% PROCESS LOSS IS ACCEPTABLE. SLITTED PAPER SHOULD BE SUPPLIED WITH CARBON/PLASTIC CORE. CARBON / PLASTIC CORE SHOULD BE SUITABLE FOR WINDING MACHINES AT BHEL.
