| 1 | Hydraulic Pumps with capacity control mechanism.(i) Strip, examine and overhaul both hydraulic pumps. (ii) Overhaul the pumps and renew all necessary spares such as bearings, gaskets, seals and worn out/ damaged parts. After assembling pumps to be tested and proved in test bed. (iii) Dismantle and complete overhaul the capacity control mechanism, renew all seals.. |
| 2 | Auxiliary Pumps.(i) Dismantle and complete overhaul of Auxiliary hydraulic pumps. (ii) Renew all seals, bearings, O-rings. etc.. |
| 3 | Hydro motors(Bent axis type).(i) Dismantle, inspect and overhaul / refit hydraulic motors as required. All drive-power shaft elements, gears and casings should be subjected to NDT (DPI/Magnaflux). (ii)Test Bed performance trials of the motor, with simulated load (to be organized by the Firm), to prove motor performance and characteristics and effect necessary tuning of internal valves. (iii) System integration with motor and STW of the system for satisfactory performance of helo winch.. |
| 4 | Winch rope drum assembly with Brake unit.(i) Dismantle, inspect and overhaul rope drum and brake unit assy renew all mandatory spares like bearings, seals. etc. (ii) Renew the Brake band liner and brake cylinder seals.. |
| 5 | Hydraulic pipe lines.(i) Degutting / regutting of all hydraulic Pipelines and end fittings. (ii) Renew all eroded/ damaged pipelines and end fittings. (iii) Undertake Pressure Test of the system up to 1.5 times of the operating pressure and repair/ renew defects observed. (iv) Renew all ‘O’ seals and defective pipe end fittings / pipe lines. (v) Carryout flushing through of hydraulic system for cleanliness value of NAS 8 or its ISO equivalent. (vi) Check all pipeline clamps, renew if necessary.. |
| 6 | Hydraulic valves.Strip, examine and overhaul of shut off valves and renew defective valves as per OEM specifications. |

| 12 | Instrumentation.Carry out serviceable checks/ calibration of all instrumentation. Renew if required. The firm should provide calibration certificate from NABL accredited lab.. |
| 13 | Solenoid operated DC Valves.Overhaul/check and test the electrically operated solenoid valves, prove the system in synchro-operation by solenoid valves.. |
| 14 | Filter.Clean and check the filter bodies and renew all filter element.. |
| 15 | Wire Rope.(i) Renew the wire rope. (ii) Load test certificate of wire rope to be provided by the firm.. |
