Details of filter media are - The supporting media include Pebbles of 1.5 inch - 1 inch, Pebbles 0.75 inch-0.5 inch Pebbles 3/8 inch - 1/4 inch, Silex Coarse 1/2 mm - 1/4 mm, Silex Medium - 1/4 mm - 1/8 mm The filter media includes Silex Fine 8/16 mm and Quartz Sand 16/32 mm. The filter media should have good performance life for a minimum period of 3 yrs. The system should be compatible as per the site condition and other units including motor pump sets.The whole installed system will be under guarantee for 3 years from the date of commissioning. The technical details including drawing and specifications of the filter unit and accessories, O&M manual with guide lines for trouble shooting shall also be submitted in two set and trial run should be conducted as per the direction of Deptl officers. |
