| 1 | Comperhensive Annual Maintenance contract (CAMC) of Modular Data Rack following will cover: (i) UPS, PAC (Precision Air Cooling), static switch, Rack Data Unit, Fire & Security System, CCTV, VESDA and access control system.Guaranteed 3 hours on site response for UPS, PAC and 24 hours for fire and security system.(ii) Four pre scheduled quarterly preventive maintenance service for PAC and half yearly preventive maintenance services for UPS, fire and security system.(iii) Precision Air Cooling (PAC) system Cleaning up of unit, visual inspection to check any deformation, air filter, cooling coil, condenser coil, fan, ODU section,checking and adjustment of power parameters, all control parameters, refrigeration piping for any gas leakages, fan section, rotation, mounting and panel insulation, Checking of panel insulation. (iv) Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)Cleaning of unit, visual inspection to check an y deformation.Checking adjustment of power parameters, control parameters on different PCBs, tightness of all connection, functional checking up of rectifier section, static switch section and perform engineering field change notice (FCN) as necessary. (v) Rack Door Unit (RDU)Configuration of RDU, checking of sensors, alarm indication unit.(vi) Fire Alarm System Perform health check on the system, testing of smoke detector.(vii) Access Control SystemTest controller, biometric, pin pad reader, check system consistency, identify bugs, carry out schedule system check up, verify IP address of system. (viii) CCTV SystemChecking of camera, lenses, converters, power supplies, RC/BNC/RF pins etc., check hardware and software system setup, check external and internal hard disk, check quality of CCTV recording etc. |
