| 1 | Excavation of earth by mechanical means at IIT Roorkee Cricket ground for maintaing a gradient of 1:70 or as directed by the Curator-in-charge including finishing it to required levels as directed (300mm deep) for 3.0 nos. pitches |

(ii) Laying of Polythene sheet as approved by Curator-in-charge. (iii) 0.025 m. thick layer of fine Yamuna sand.(iv) 0.115 m. thick layer of Bricks (M-100) laid on edge. (v) 0.170 m. compacted layer of dry brick ballast (size- 40 mm) mixed with sand. (vi) 0.150 m. thick 3-layered clay soil (Black clay) properly compacted/rammed to get desired level of finish (final volume to be measured after optimum compaction at OMC during handing over). Soil to be dried and aggregated to desired size and laid layer by layer in dry condition after compacting each layer mannualy as per direction of the Curator in-charge. (vii) 0.040 m. thick top layer of fine clay soil (Black clay) properly compacted/rammed to get desired slopes for drainage.(viii) Procurement and establishment of Barmuda Selection no. 1 grass, maintenance for mlnirrium 180 days after establishment of grass, regular mowing, rolling, frequent top dressing with same clay wóukt be In capacity of the agency and as per direction and satisfaction of the curator in- charge. |
