Tender For New Environmental Engineering Laboratory In Drawing Hall -1 Removing old roofing sheets carefully and stacking at location including transportation etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge 2 Providing and fixing Tata/ Zindal make embossed with 0.50 mm thick precoated coloured GI sheet roofing with valley gutter, ridge sheets, galvanized iron „J‟ or „L‟ hook bolts/Screws galvanized iron and bituminous G.I. washers, galvanized iron champs and bolts and nuts and scaffolding, inserting sheets 75 mm deep in masonry by making grooves, Galtha plaster (0.10 X 0.10 m size) with waterproofing and curing agent chemicals etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 3 Providing and Fixing Stainless Steel Wind Driven Roof Ventilator of approved quality etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 4 Removing, cleaning and reinstalling North Light Truss and window glass, changing broken glass etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 5 Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary backfilling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 3.00 m.) By Manual Means as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 6 Providing and laying Cast in-situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-10 of trap/granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic microprocessor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete with fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade) as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 7 Providing and laying in-situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap/granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for R.C.C. work in foundations and ground beam etc. including bailing out water, Steel centering formwork, laying/ pumping cover blocks, compaction and curing roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided etc. complete, with fully automatic microprocessor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Panmixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade) as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 8 Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for R.C.C. columns as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compaction finishing the formed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. complete. (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) with fully automatic microprocessor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade) etc. Complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 9 Providing first class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional/I.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in plinth including bailing out water manually, striking joints on unexposed faces, pointing with cement mortar 1:3 on exposed face and watering etc. Complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 10 Providing internal cement plaster 12mm thick in single coat in cement mortar1:4 without neeru finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 11 Providing and laying vitrified mirror/glossy finish tiles decorative type having size 590mm to 605mmx590mm to 605mm of 8 to 10mm thickness and confirming to IS.15622-2006 (group Bla) of approved make, shade and pattern for flooring in required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including neat cement float, filling joints, curing and clearing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 12 Providing and fixing false ceiling of 12.5 mm thick gypsum boards of including scaffolding if necessary all architectural work like mouldings, cornices, coves, domes, cups as per detailed drawings and three coats of spray painting to boards etc. complete.(including framework, runners and mild steel suspenders) as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 13 Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint of approved colour and shade to old and new surfaces in two coats including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces. (including the primer coat.) etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 14 Providing & fixing electrical switchboard with electrical points as per design on walls ceiling including Modi/GM make casing capping and I.S.I. standard Finolex/Polycab make or equivalent cables and Anchor or equivalent make switches / plugs, holders / rose, MCCB, RCB and running wiring including necessary plug points etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 15 Providing & fixing electrical switchboard with electrical power points as per design on walls ceiling including Modi/GM make casing capping and I.S.I. standard Finolex/Polycab make or equivalent cables and Anchor or equivalent make switches/ plugs, holders / rose etc. including necessary plug points etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge 16 Providing & fixing 40W‟ 2‟x2‟ LED Panels with as per design on ceiling including Philips/Havells/Orient/Syska make including necessary fittings etc. Complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 17 Providing and fixing C.P.
