Scope Of Work ( 1 ) Conducting Reconnaissance Survey And Detailed Survey For Fixing Up Of Techno-Economical Alignment Of Balance Distributory -15 And Their Network Of Babaleshwara Branch Canal Including All Possible Alternatives And Selection Of Suitable Structures Using Total Station ( The Topographically Surveyed Maps Available With Department May Be Utilized For Reference ) Including Preparation And Submission Of Alignment Map, Kilometer Wise L-Sections, Taking Cross Section Levels At 30 M Interval Along The Approved Alignment And At 5 M Interval For 30 M On Either Side Of Distributory Network Alignment And Taking Block Levels At Cd Locations And Also For Minimum Of 150 M On U / S And D / S Of Nalas, With Details Of Apexes, Details With Respect To Survey Boundaries ( Latitude & Longitude ) , Cd Works Details, Catchment Area Details And Collection Of All Field Data Necessary For Design Of Structures Etc. Based On The Survey, Km Wise L-Sections Have To Be Prepared Duly Indicating All Details ( .Scale: Horizontal 1:2000 ; Vertical 1:100 ) The Final Approved Alignment Is To Be Superimposed On Digitized Geo-Referenced Rs Maps Etc., Complete As Per The Direction Of Engineer-In Charge. ( 2 ) Transferring The Approved Alignment On Ground, Providing And Fixing Hectometer Stones At 200 M Interval, Kilometer Stone And Temporary Bench Mark Stone One Each At Every Kilometer As Per Specifications. ( 3 ) Excavation Of Trial Pits To Assess The Strata Classification. ( 4 ) The Tests For Soil Characteristics Such As Grain Size Analysis, Swell Pressure, Plasticity Limits, Plasticity Index Etc Shall Be Carried Out And The Test Results Shall Be Enclosed To Be Kilometer Wise Estimates ( 5 ) For All The Structures The Sbc Of The Strata Met With At Designed Foundation Level Shall Be Tested And The Results Shall Be Enclosed To The Estimates. ( 6 ) Preparation And Submission Of C-Plan ( 5 Sets ) , Cut Off Statement Duly Identifying Ridges, Valleys Of The Block Wise Command Area Below The Cbl Falling Contour Alignment And Fixing The Economical Alignment In Detour Ridges And Valleys Of Canal Alignment Suitable For Location Of Cd Works For Distributory Network. ( 7 ) Preparation And Submission Of Designs, Drawings, Kilometer Wise Estimates As Per Approved Designs And Drawings For Distributory Network ( 15 Sets ) . ( 8 ) Preparation And Submission Of Package Estimates Based On Kilometer Wise Estimates For Distributory Network ( 15 Sets ) . ( 9 ) Preparation And Submission Of Draft Tender Papers ( 15 Sets ) As Per Kbjnl Norms / Standard Dtp For Distributory Network. ( 10 ) The Package Estimates And Dtps Are To Be Got Approved By Competent Authority Duly Complying To The Observations If Any. ( 11 ) Preparation And Submission Of Village Wise Land Acquisition Proposals For Distributory Network ( 7 Sets ) Including Procuring Revenue Survey Maps And Record Of Rights From Revenue Authority. ( 12 ) Submission Of Soft Copies Of Complete Data Connected To The Work In Editable Format Without Delinking The Data As And When Required By The Engineer- In Charge.Note: 1.The Kilometer Wise L-Sections Of Distributory Network As Per The Approved Alignment, Duly Marking The Approved Alignment On Digitized Geo-Referenced 0.50 M Contour Interval Maps Superimposed Over Rs Maps With Apex And Cd Details Drawn To The Actual Scale And Comprehensive Map For Each Distributory And Package And Comprehensive Report For The Package Has To Be Submitted In 7 Sets In Hard Copy And 5 Sets Of Soft Copies In Editable Format Without Delinking The Data.The Quoted Rates Shall Be Inclusive Of Submission Of The Details As Per Note 1.
