Name of Work: RETROFITTING FOR RPWS SCHEME TO DIMIRI ZONE I AND II AND BRAHMANBATI UNDER KANTAPADA BLOCK

1Supplying all materials labour T&P design, drawing, soil testing etc. complete in all respect for construction of RCC Roof building Pump House and construction of Compound wall for Pump House and construction of approach road along with site development. Laying, testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution system pipe line such as UPVC,HDPE,ASTM, G.I /CI pipes line etcalong with required fittings & specials and construction of RCC core wallvalve chamber, public stand post, individualfunctional house hold tap connection ,Stand alone, Installation of Chlorination arrangementetc. of Pump house as perdetail scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work mention in Schedule-I in DTCN andin ( Annexure-A to G). Materials as required shall be supplied by the Contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimensions are as per Schedule-I in DTCN and as per direction of Engineer in Charge. All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7m and residual chlorine of 0.2mg/ltr without any leakage in the entire PWS system

5Supplying of labour T&P materials and doing soil testing supply of design drawing construction erection testing and commissioning etc. of RCC elevated storage reservoir of required capacity staging height of 15 Mtr consisting of 6/8 nos. RCC columns and bracings up to foundation(Pile/Raft) using M-25 concrete and suppershuttering spherical dome and container wall using R.C.C. M-30 including plastering the inside and outside of he container tank and domes, painting of ESR with two coats of approved specific weather coat over one coat of primer 2 Nos. ISI marked 100/150 mm dia CI Sluice valves 2 Nos. of 100/150 mm dia D/F butter fly valve and its RCC valve chambers as per approved drawing supplying fitting and fixing of CI in-let, out-late over flowand washing line line using doubleflanged 150 mm and 100 mm dia CI column pipe not less than of 80 mtr length( 150 mm -20 mm nd 100, 60 mtr ) RCC stair case with 32 mm dia stainless steel hand rail around top dome, walk way around container two sides stairs and landing etc. Lightening arrester confirming to IS specification, Digital water level indicator, 100/150 mm dia CI Puddle collar, 2 Nos. 0.6 mtr. dia CI manhole cover at dome, RCC vent with brass jally, sand filling 1 meter around apron etc. as per the site condition and construction of 1 Mtr wide CC apron around the ESR should be made by the contractor etc. complete as per direction of the EIC.( The contractor shall execute the work after preparing the design and detailed drawing in 5 sets from qualified Engineer and to approve all structural design and design and drawing from State Technical Agency (STA)IG IT Saranga / CET BBSR / VSSUT Burla / NIT Rourkela / IIT BBSR at his own cost )

9The contractor shall maintain the PWS Project for Five (5) calendar years from the completion date of defective liability period of One year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quality of supply water taking supply hour as 8 Hour / day without facing any problem. The contractor shall repair and replace and types of defect arise within 24 hr of receipt of complain either from public or from Department. The contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS schemes as per term and condition of DTCN and technical specification mentioned in Section – 5.
