| 1 | Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/un saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work inhard/ soft rock or chieselling in hard/soft rock where blasting in prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth more than 3mtr. clear from the edge of excavation and then returing the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing od all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts and handing over the usable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect. |
