Day to day Maintenance & round the clock operation of various electro-mechanical services as per details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialized manpower & by arranging required tools & plants etc. to keep all services operational up-to required standards.Services included are:(a) E.I & Fans, UPS, L.T.Panel, M.V panel, Electrical Risers & cables.(b) Sump pumps, Borewell/ Submersible pumps, Drinking Water/ Building water supply Pumps(c) Sub Station comprising of transformers, HT panel, MV Panel, power factor correction panel, Emergency panel, Bus trunking, various breakers & switches, Cables, Earthing.(d) Engine Alternator set with cooling system,AMF panel & earthing(e) Power plant & Battery(f) Split/Window/Ductable/Package AC units (only operation).(g) Compound Lights.(h) Fire detection and alarm system with/without PA System i/c batteries(i) Fire Fighting system (Wet riser, sprinkler, down comer)(j) Lightning Conductor.(k) Rescue operation of Lifts NOTE:1. Any alteration (addition/deletion) in the services listed above shall be as per site requirements. Nothing extra shall be paidor deducted on this account.2.The rates shall be quoted excluding GST.GST Shall be paid extra as applicable.3.site will be handed-over with all services on ‘AS IS WHERE IS’ basis. No claim of the agency shall be entertained for making the equipment/service operational.
