Drains, Sewer Line And Water Lines If Any Existed Etc. Complete Including Mapping Of The Area Surveyed Showing Internal As Well As Outer Dimensions, Diagonal Angles With Making Ground Level With Reference To Nearby Bm Of Survey Of India At The Interval Of 3.00 M And Calculation Of Total Area / Volumes As Required By Engineer-In-Charge And Supplying Calculation Sheets, Three Soft Copy Of Auto Cad Along With Five Sets Of Drawings On Desired Scales Etc. Complete As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge. 2 Excavation Of Earth / Building Rubbish / Malba / Similar Unserviceable, Dismantled Or Waste Material By Mechanical Means ( Hydraulic Excavator ) / Manual Means Over Areas ( Exceeding 30 Cm In Depth, 1.5 M In Width As Well As 10 Sqm On Plan ) Including Getting Out And Disposal Of Excavated Earth / Building Rubbish / Malba / Similar Unserviceable, Dismantled Or Waste Material Upto All Lead & Lift, Outside The Project Area. Levelling & Dressing Of Project Area , As Per The Drawings & Level Plan Etc. All Complete As Per Drawings Anddirectionsofengineer-In-Charge. ( Payment Shall Be Made As Per The Quantity Calculated By Levels &Calulation Sheets Of Total Station Survey Machine ) . 3 Note:- In Case Of Abnormally Low Bids I.E. Bids Below 25% Of Estimated Cost Put To Tender, The Lowest Bidder Will Have To Deposit An Additional Performance Guarantee ( Security ) ( Aps ) . This Aps Will Be In Addition To Performance Guarantee Mentioned In Clause -1 And Shall Be Deposited In The Form Of Fdr / Bg. This Aps Shall Be = 0.75 X Estimated Cost Put To Tender Minus Tendered Amount.

1	Conducting detailed physical survey (before & after excavation work) with reference to GPS and contour plan, using Total Station Survey Machine showing all site profile, all permanent features, structures, well, roads, Footpaths with width, electric, telephonic/HT lines, poles, ponds, and all S.W. drains, sewer line and water lines if any existed etc. complete including mapping of the area surveyed showing internal as well as outer dimensions, diagonal angles with making ground level with reference to nearby BM of Survey of India at the interval of 3.00 m and calculation of total area/volumes as required by Engineer-in-Charge and supplying calculation sheets, three soft copy of Auto CAD along with five sets of drawings on desired scales etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
2	Excavation of earth/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material upto all lead & lift, outside the project area. Levelling & dressing of project area ,as per the drawings & Level plan etc. all complete as per drawings anddirectionsofEngineer-in-charge. (Payment shall be made as per the quantity calculated by levels &calulation sheets of Total Station Survey Machine).
3	Note:- In case of abnormally low bids i.e. bids below 25% of estimated cost put to tender, the lowest bidder will have to deposit an Additional Performance Guarantee (Security) (APS). This APS will be in addition to performance guarantee mentioned in clause -1 and shall be deposited in the form of FDR/BG. This APS shall be = 0.75 x estimated cost put to tender Minus tendered amount.
