Shifting Back Stabilizer To Site After Proper Repairs In Private Load Carrier ( Through A Lead Of Approx. 50 Km To And Fro ) , Installing And Testing On Full Load . 2 Dismantling Of 415 Volt, 03-Phase Voltage Stabilizer By Way Of Opening Top Lid, Disassembling Of Voltage Regulator, Removing Of All Incoming And Outgoing Connections Of Stabilizer And Taking Out Core Assembly Out Of Tank, Taking Out Damaged Copper Legs After Removal Of Core Etc. The Job Includes Draining Out Of T-Oil And Its Safe Placement For Further Refilling. 3 Rewinding Burnt / Damaged Windings Of Voltage Stabilizer Coil Assembly Using Superior Quality Electrolytic Grade Copper Strip Of Proper Gauge As Per Requirement With Superior Insulation ( 03 Limbs @ 30 Kg Approx. / Limb=90 Kg Approx. ) Including Allied Jobs Such As Varnishing, Drying Etc. The Actual Weight Of Coil Shall Be Done After Dismantling Of Limb At Workshop. 4 Reconditioning Ofthe Voltage Regulator By Way Of Dismantling Of Contact Points Both Fixed And Movable From Voltage Regulator Followed By Cleaning, Turning, Finishing, Facing As Per Requirement And Then Refitting Of Finished Contact Points To Voltage Regulator. Providing And Replacement Of Copper Contact Points On Regulator Plate ( 1Kg ) 5 Assembling Of All Parts Of 03-Phase Voltage Stabilizer, Connecting Of Leads Of All Incoming And Outgoing Connection And Refilling Of Old Drained Out T-Oil. 6 Providing And Filling Of Fresh Transformer Oil Of Approved Grade For Topping Of Stabilizers, Starters And Transformers Etc.
